ADRIAN, Mich. — UPDATE: On Oct. 17, The superintendent of Adrian Schools confirmed the missing 15-year-old girl was found and was safe at home. No details were given about when or how she returned.

An Adrian High School student is missing, the school said in a Facebook post Thursday.
Leilanie Mejia-Navalles, 15, was last seen Monday, according to her family. She is 5 foot, 1 inch tall, weighs 115 pounds and was wearing a black sweater and squared black, purple and white pajama pants.
Anyone who sees her or knows where she is asked to call the Adrian Police Department at 517-264-4808 or 911.
