TOLEDO (WTOL) - Toledo police say the body found in Highland Park in south Toledo Friday morning has been identified.
Officials have identified the body as 22-year-old Kyle Notheis.
A GoFundMe page was created by his family to help pay for his service and cremation. They have already collected almost twice as much as the $1,000 goal.
Police say his body had burns all over it.
Police are still investigating the incident.
