TOLEDO, Ohio — A west Toledo nursery specializing in Japanese ornamental bonsai trees was destroyed in a fire early on Saturday morning.
The fire broke out at T-Town Bonsai on N. Holland-Sylvania Road sometime after midnight on Saturday.
T-Town Bonsai’s owner told WTOL 11 the cause of the fire was accidental and the building was total loss.
At the same time, an area behind the structure where some of the plants are grown was not damaged by the fire.
T-Town bonsai is known for growing, selling, and helping people care for bonsai trees.
The business is hoping to rebuild.
