Downtown Toledo county auto title office closed for rest of week due to staffing issues, holiday

Anyone who needs to access auto or watercraft title services can visit the Sylvania, Maumee or Oregon title branches. All offices will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 3.

TOLEDO, Ohio — The Lucas County Clerk of Courts' downtown Toledo auto title office will be closed for the rest of the week beginning Wednesday.

The downtown office, located at 1600 Madison Ave., will be closed Wednesday and Thursday due to staffing issues, according to a public service announcement from the Lucas County Clerk of Courts. 

Anyone in need of automobile and watercraft title services can visit the other branches until Friday when all branches are scheduled to close in observance of the holiday.

Those locations are Sylvan Plaza, 4900 N. McCord Rd. in Sylvania; Gladieux Meadows, 4456 Heatherdowns Blvd. in Toledo; and Navarre Center Plaza, 3034 Navarre Ave. in Oregon.

The downtown location as well as the branch offices will re-open Tuesday with regular business hours.
