DEFIANCE, Ohio — A major step in the $8.3 million construction of the Clinton Street Bridge in Defiance is happening Friday.
Beginning at 6 p.m. Friday evening, crews will begin pouring the concrete deck of the new bridge.
ODOT officials said the entire pour of 1,200 yards of concrete will take about 14 hours.
The plan is still to open the bridge to partial traffic by December.
