TOLEDO, Ohio — Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating an overnight crash that slowed down traffic on I-475 near Maumee.
The crash happened just before midnight by the Waterville exit on I-475 south.
WTOL 11 crews at the scene said you could see at least one semi truck with its rear axle ripped off that was involved in the incident.
Troopers at the scene tell WTOL 11 both southbound and northbound lanes were closed while the accident was being cleared, leaving drivers stuck.
Lanes are now open to traffic. No injuries have been reported.
