Crews battle fire at home in Perrysburg Heights

Two people were inside the home but no one was injured, according to the Perrysburg Township fire chief.

PERRYSBURG, Ohio — Crews were battling a fire that broke out at a home in Perrysburg Heights on Tuesday afternoon.

The Perrysburg Township Fire Department was called out to the home on Fort Meigs Boulevard near North Dixie Highway just before 1 p.m. The fire chief at the scene said that two people were inside the home at the time of the fire, but no one was injured.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
