DEFIANCE, Ohio — UPDATE: Landon Ankney was located and found safe, according to Defiance police.

The Defiance Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing juvenile.
According to police, Landon Ankney, 16, was last seen on Tuesday at 11:39 a.m. on the southeast side of Defiance and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
Ankney is described as 5-foot-7 with brown hair and hazel eyes.
If you have any information on Ankney's whereabouts, you're asked to call the Defiance Police Department immediately at 419-784-5050.
"The Defiance Police Department is asking anyone with information to come forward, no matter how small it may seem. The department is working diligently to locate Landon and bring him home safely," police said in a Facebook post.
