MAUMEE, Ohio — A driver crashed their car into a home in Maumee Monday morning, leaving a gaping hole in the structure's side.
The single-vehicle crash happened just after 6 a.m. on 7th Street.
Emergency crews at the scene told WTOL 11 the driver of a car had a medical issue that caused them to maneuver off the road and smash into a home.
That driver was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. No other injuries were reported.
Maumee police continue to investigate the crash.
