HENRY COUNTY, Ohio — A driver is dead and another is seriously injured after a crash Tuesday morning in Henry County.
The two-vehicle crash happened shortly before 8 a.m. Tuesday in Liberty Township at the intersection of County Road 13 and County Road S, according to Henry County Sheriff Michael Bodenbender.
Based on an initial investigation, authorities determined that 30-year-old Steven J. A. Torok, of Napoleon, was driving on County Road S and ran a stop sign at the County Road 13 intersection, the sheriff said.
Torok struck a vehicle heading northbound on County Road 13 and driven by Aimee Naveau, 39, from Napoleon. Torok was critically injured in the crash and later died at the hospital.
Naveau was hospitalized with serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by Henry County Sheriff's Office deputies.
