TOLEDO, Ohio — A driver flipped their vehicle and hit a house on Glendale Avenue in south Toledo Friday afternoon.
Authorities told WTOL 11 that no one in the house, near the intersection with South Byrne Road, was injured and the flipped vehicle only had one occupant.
The extent of the damage to the home is unclear at this time, but a city inspector will review the home.
Authorities say the driver, who is unidentified at this time, ran a red light to avoid a car with the right of way and will likely be charged in the incident.
Byrnedale Elementary School is just south of the scene and Toledo Public Schools confirmed to WTOL 11 that no students or staff were involved.
