BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — Bowling Green's famous falcons are back to nest in the clock tower of the Wood County Courthouse.
Peregrine falcons have returned to the same spot to nest for 11 years. "Falcon cam" is once again set up to capture all the action.
The live video is a collaboration between Bowing Green State University and the Wood County Commissioners. The Peregrine falcon is BGSU's official mascot.
APRIL 19 UPDATE
There are two new falcons in the nest! The chicks were spotted on the camera Monday. Two unhatched eggs were also seen.
MARCH 22 UPDATE
Four eggs have been spotted in the nest. Falcons usually lay three or four at a time.
According to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, the eggs take about 33 days to hatch.
