Bruce Gradkowski is offering free coffee to Perrysburg emergency workers during the cold snap today.

PERRYSBURG (WTOL) - A nice bit of human warmth in all this cold: Bruce Gradkowski, standout UT quarterback and former Pittsburgh Steeler, tweeted that all Perrysburg and Perrysburg Township police and emergency personnel can get a hot cup of joe on him.

“Put an app on my tab as well,” his tweet read.

“We are offering Free Coffee for Perrysburg or Perrysburg twp police and emergency personnel at Social Gastropub! Please stay warm out there and thank you for all you do! Put an app on my tab as well,” he said.

In other heartwarming news, Robin Yackee of Wauseon lets us know there a small flower/gourmet food shop in Wauseon called AKA Designs that is also concerned with people who have to be out in the cold.

Owner Marc Matheny posted on Facebook on Wednesday morning that any city employees, mailmen, police officers, etc. who have to be out in this weather were welcome to come to his store for a cup of coffee and cookies to get warm.
