TOLEDO, Ohio — A mobile legal aid office is making its final stop in Toledo for the year next week.
The Ohio Justice Bus offers free legal advice for low-income residents at stops across the state. The Nov. 20 stop is the last at the Toledo Library for 2024 and will focus on consumer law.
Residents can speak privately with a volunteer attorney from the Toledo Bar Association for advice on matters like consumer rights, bankruptcy, debt and more, according to a press release from the Toledo Lucas County Public Library.
Services are first-come, first-served basis and residents should bring any helpful documents for the attorneys.
The Ohio Justice Bus will be at the Main Library, located at 325 Michigan St. in downtown Toledo, on Nov. 20 from 10 a.m. to noon.
