Fire chars Fulton County home Wednesday

There were no injuries as a result of the blaze, firefighters confirmed.

WAUSEON, Ohio — Firefighters responded to a scene in Fulton County Wednesday morning after a fire broke out at a Wauseon home. 

Crews arrived at the 14000 block of County Road J after 3 a.m. regarding the house fire.

The home itself had been in the family for many years, neighbors told WTOL 11. The building itself was charred in many areas; owners could be seen walking the property. 

By 7 a.m., fire crews confirmed there had been no injuries as a result of the fire. Authorities did not specify the cause of the fire, and continue to investigate.
