TOLEDO, Ohio — A local food pantry has canceled its Thursday distribution event due to the ongoing burst of wintry weather in the Toledo area.
The Grand Lodge Food Pantry has announced that the food distribution event scheduled for Thursday has been canceled due to weather during giveaway hours.
The WTOL 11 Weather team is forecasting light accumulating snow to begin early Thursday. High temperatures will only reach the low 20s.
The Grand Lodge Food Pantry holds the distribution event every third Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Toledo Police Patrolman's Association building at 1947 Franklin Ave. in downtown Toledo.
