911 phone line issues resolved with Hancock County Sheriff's Office; Findlay police

The sheriff's office had determined that the issue was localized to AT&T.

HANCOCK COUNTY, Ohio — All 911 phone line issues at the Hancock County Sheriff's Office and the Findlay Police Department have been resolved as of Tuesday after they were experiencing problems last week.

"We have completed extensive testing over the past two days with no additional issues," the sheriff's office said in a press release.

If you do experience issues trying to reach 911, you are asked to call the following phone numbers for the law enforcement agencies instead:

  • Hancock County Sheriff's Office: (419) 422-2424
  • Findlay Police Department: (419) 424-7150

The sheriff's office had previously determined that the issue was localized to AT&T.
