- Northwood Local Schools - All athletic activities for Wednesday night are canceled. The boys' sectional basketball game vs. Springfield is rescheduled for Thursday at 6:15 p.m.
- Davis College: Open, Thursday orientation delayed until 10 a.m.
- Williams Homes LLC - adult day services and transportation cancelled
- Pregnancy Center of Greater Toledo - closed Thursday
- Amazing Grace Daycare - open at 9:30 a.m. Thursday
- Margaret Hunt Senior Center - closed Thursday; Let Us Entertain You event - cancelled
- Four County Suicide Prevention (Archbold) - February meeting cancelled
- iConnect Adult Day Service Program (Toledo) - closed Thursday
- St. Paul's United Methodist Church (Toledo) - all activities cancelled for Thursday
- Sylvania Senior Center - closed Thursday
- Our Lady of Lourdes church - Thursday bingo cancelled
- Ottawa County Family Advocacy Center - digital empowerment meeting cancelled Thursday
