MONROE, Michigan — Scary moments for the residents of the Greenwood Apartments in Monroe after someone found a toddler inside a sewer drain around 10 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police were able to pull the little girl out safely, but some residents are furious that it happened in the first place.

"I can not believe this. They just found this little girl in this drain pipe and somebody put the lid on top of this little girl. She's two years old, two years old and bloody and dirty and been in this drain pipe for at least 30 to 45 minutes," said Jacre Gibson, who posted video of the incident on Facebook.
In Gibson's Facebook post, she says this is the third child she found in the last two weeks walking around unsupervised.
