TOLEDO, Ohio — A man is dead and two are charged in connection to his murder after a shooting in north Toledo during the early hours of August 14.
The shooting happened in the 700 block of Maywood Ave. around 4 a.m. after a fight at the Perch House bar.
Police say 40-year-old Shawn Jackson was found at the scene suffering from a gunshot wound. Jackson was taken to the hospital where he later died.
An autopsy report released Monday determined Jackson died from multiple gunshot wounds.
Brian Johnson has been arrested and charged with murder after a witness and video surveillance showed him shooting and killing Jackson.
Ronmetrius Scott has been charged with complicity to aid and abet another.
The shooting is under investigation.
