TOLEDO, Ohio — A man reported racial intimidation against him when he says he found a racial slur keyed into his car while it was parked in a parking garage.
The man says he found that his car had been keyed after he approached his vehicle at the end of his work shift, which was parked in a parking garage on N. St. Clair.
The man said the driver's side door was found to have a racial slur carved into it, along with numerous scratches covering other parts of the vehicle.
He believes that incident could be related to a parking dispute from a few months prior.
