TOLEDO, Ohio — The Toledo Police Department responded to a traffic incident in south Toledo shortly before 11 a.m. on Monday, March 4.
Upon arrival, responding officers found a 50-year-old Toledo man who had been struck by a vehicle.
According to authorities, the man was struck on Airport Highway near Wiliamsdale Drive. The victim was struck by a vehicle driven by a 76-year-old Toledo man who was driving eastbound on Airport Highway.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured in the incident.
According to TPD, no arrests were made.
