The 3,335-square-foot property, which sits just east of the I-475/U.S. 24 interchange at 1360 Old Trail Road, is listed for $399,900 on the Perrysburg-based agency's website.
Outside, the home rests on a 5.08-acre property that features $100,000 of fencing and more than $300,000 of concrete.
Step into the backyard and you'll be within a stone's throw of Silver Lake. A hop, skip and a jump away is Side Cut Metropark.
Just a few houses away from the end of Old Trail Road, if you turn up the lengthy driveway you will see three buildings: the main home and two outbuildings, which include a "huge" gym, according to the real estate agency.
