FAYETTE, Ohio — UPDATE: Fayette's police chief confirmed the missing teen was found around 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. She had wandered off on her own and stayed in the woods overnight. She is currently recovering in a hospital.

Authorities are seeking help from the public in locating a missing teen out of Fayette, Ohio.
According to a missing person bulletin, Yami Cortez Rivera, 17, is missing. The bulletin said she got off the school bus near her home but did not arrive home to the North Gorham Apartments.
Yami is 4 feet tall, 90 lbs, and has dark hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing jeans, a black jacket and a blue-print backpack.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol, troopers from Swanton, Toledo and Defiance posts have assisted Fayette police in the search. Aviation units were also used the in the search.
