MONROE, Mich. — The Monroe Police Department is looking for assistance in finding a missing teenage girl.
According to police, 15-year-old Nyonna Pettaway-Brewton was last seen in the 100 block of Michigan Avenue in Monroe, Mich. on Thursday, Oct. 3.
Authorities stated the teen is approximately 4'5" and 150 pounds and was last seen wearing black biker shorts, a black tank top and a cheetah print headband.
According to the social media post, Nyonna is a frequent runaway from her mother's house in Toledo, Ohio. Police do not believe there is any indication that she is in danger.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact Monroe County Central Dispatch by calling 734-241-3300.
