FOSTORIA, Ohio — Everyone is safe after a house fire in a Fostoria neighborhood on Sunday evening.
Fostoria Fire Division was dispatched to a home on Springville Ave. between Fostoria-Carey Road and East Lytle Street just after 7:30 p.m.
When they arrived firefighters found heavy fire coming from the second floor at the rear of the house.
It took around 11 minutes for firefighters to get the fire under control.
Fostoria fire says no one was in the home at the time of the fire.
No one was injured.
The Red Cross was contacted to assist the occupants of the home.
The fire remains under investigation.
