TOLEDO, Ohio — Police are investigating a shooting that left a man critically injured late Saturday night in north Toledo.
The victim, identified by police as an adult male, was shot at least once outside the Regina Manor apartment complex in the 3700 block of N. Erie Street shortly after 10:30 p.m., according to authorities at the scene. The victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance in critical condition, authorities said.
It is unclear at this time who may have shot the victim, who was later identified in police documents as Edward Kinney, 33, According to a police report, the victim is in critical condition.
