TOLEDO (WTOL) - Toledo just felt one of it’s strongest wind gusts in city history.
At 4:33pm Toledo Express Airport recorded 64 mph wind gusts. According to the National Weather Service that only ranks behind March 9, 2002: 69mph and July 3, 1975: 66mph for strongest ever in city history.
