TOLEDO, Ohio — A 39-year-old Toledo man is dead and three others were injured after a crash in west Toledo on Friday night.
According to the Toledo Police Department, just after 11 p.m., Billy Fell, from Toledo, was driving west on Laskey Road west of Lewis Avenue when his car crossed the center line and struck another vehicle head-on.
Fell was pronounced dead at the hospital after the crash, police said. Fell's passenger, Deshawn Joyce, 40, also of Toledo, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the second car, 25-year-old Austin Ellis, suffered from non-life-threatening injuries. A passenger in that car, 25-year-old Jonathon Hargrove, was taken to the hospital with what police are calling "possible serious injuries."
