OTTAWA COUNTY, Ohio — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle crash Monday in Ottawa County involving an Ohio Department of Transportation vehicle.

A spokesperson with ODOT said a vegetation maintenance spray crew was off the side of the road and hit by a passenger vehicle on eastbound State Route 2 near State Route 163 in Port Clinton. It is unknown if there are any injuries.

OSHP said both lanes of travel were restricted on the eastbound side of SR2 following the crash but the roadway has since reopened.
