One person killed in two-vehicle crash in Ottawa County

Beverly Sebastian, 81, died of her injuries at the hospital after the crash Monday afternoon. The other driver had minor injuries.

DANBURY, Ohio — One person died after a two-vehicle crash in Ottawa County Monday afternoon, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Beverly Sebastian, 81, of North Royalton, was driving northbound on Danbury Road toward state Route 269 in Danbury Township when she did not yield at a stop sign, according to the OSHP. Another driver heading northbound on state Route 269 then struck Sebastian's vehicle in the side.

Sebastian later died of her injuries at the hospital.

The other driver had minor injuries.

The OSHP says alcohol or drugs are not believed to be factors and the crash is under investigation.
