Toledo Pickle said the new facility is part of the newest expansion of Metroparks Toledo's Glass City Riverwalk.

TOLEDO, Ohio — Construction has begun on a pickleball and entertainment facility in Toledo's Historic Vistula District, the company announced Thursday.

Toledo Pickle, LLC said the "state-of-the-art" facility is part of the newest expansion of Metroparks Toledo's Glass City Riverwalk development just north of downtown at 1030 Water Street.

According to Toledo Pickle, the facility will feature 10 indoor and two outdoor professional-style pickleball courts, a destination restaurant, and a range of recreational activities such as rock wall climbing, cornhole, shuffleboard and tournaments.

The company said entertainment options include music, boat docks and live concerts.

"We are thrilled to bring this world-class pickleball and entertainment facility to the Toledo community," Brian Epstein from Toledo Pickle said. "Our goal is to provide a fun and welcoming environment for pickleball players and entertainment seekers alike, and we believe our facility will become a hub for socializing, competition, and enjoyment."

  • Online court scheduling
  • Multiple membership options for exclusive benefits
