TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo woman has been charged with endangering children after police say she left her children to care for themselves while she slept.
Police say the apartment of Anita Thomas also had urine and feces in every room.
When officers arrested Thomas, police say she refused to put her hands behind her back and pulled away from officers.
Thomas was also charged with obstructing official business.
