TOLEDO, Ohio — Police have arrested a 26-year-old woman from south Toledo for allegedly driving a police car without permission on Sunday.
Police say Savonte Knox got into a city of Toledo marked police car and drove it into another vehicle, then continued to accelerate.
Knox was charged with theft of a motor vehicle and vandalism of a government entity.
She will appear in court on July 28. Her bond was set at own recognizance.
