TOLEDO (WTOL) - Power is restored after an outage in Lucas County affected 825 customers on Sunday morning.
The outage seemed to have been affecting residents near the University of Toledo.
According to Toledo Edison, most customers had their power back on by 9 a.m.
Right now, the cause of the outage is unknown.
