Rossford Lanes bowling alley project scrapped, Forest View CEO says

Forest View Lanes CEO Rich Kenny announced on Facebook that they have decided to "pull the plug" on the Rossford Lanes facility.

ROSSFORD, Ohio — The Rossford Lanes bowling alley project will not be moving forward, Forest View Lanes CEO said on Monday.

Rich Kenny announced on Facebook that the company decided to "pull the plug" on the project that had been in the works for three years.

"I am sorry that I was not able to bring this facility back to life," Kenny said in a Facebook post.

Forest View Lanes purchased the former Rossford Lanes facility located on Dixie Highway in January 2021, with a plan to open it in the summer of that year.

Kenny told WTOL 11 in February 2023 that they continued to deal with seemingly unending repairs that included replacing equipment, the roof and removing asbestos.
