ROSSFORD, Ohio — NAI Harmon Group announced Tuesday it had sold the final acres of the Harmon Business Park in Rossford, with additional developments planned for the coming year.
According to a press release from NAI Harmon, 72 acres of land in the business park were sold in January. The business park in total occupies 112 acres in Rossford north of the Amazon Distribution Center and east of Bass Pro Shops. NAI Harmon announced the creation of the business park in 2016, describing it as then the first significant industrial development in northern Wood County.

The project was estimated to cost $75 million at the time of its creation and was created in conjunction with the city of Rossford and NAI Harmon.
"The Harmon Business Park is a perfect example of public/private partnership to drive economic development," said NAI Harmon Vice President of Real Estate and Development Stephanie Kuhlman. "The city of Rossford's vision to participate allowed the NAI Harmon Group to bring significant capital improvements and job creation to this area."
Kuhlman added in the press release that the company looked forward to future projects in northwest Ohio.
Since 2016, NAI Harmon and Logan Creek Construction have completed three buildings within the park totaling 220,000 square feet, with an additional 540,000 square feet of development planned, the company said.

“Eight years ago we committed to moving this property to a new vision that would bring new companies and jobs to the Rossford Area," said NAI Harmon president Steve Harmon said in a press release. "Today, as we sell the last parcels, we are proud of the fact that we have accomplished that mission. Real estate can be a patient business, but it is very satisfying to help businesses, people, and communities.”
In a Facebook post in December, Rossford Mayor Neil MacKinnon III posted a review of plans for the business park on social media, accompanied by a comment in which he stated an automotive parts manufacturing company would be coming to the NAI Harmon Business Park.
