TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo fire crews battled a structure fire in the 200 block of Charles Street in south Toledo early Wednesday morning that remains under investigation.
According to a Toledo Fire and Rescue Department spokesperson at the scene, a call came in shortly after 4 a.m. reporting a house fire on Charles Street, just off Western Avenue and the Anthony Wayne Trail.
Firefighters say there were lots of flames when crews arrived. A spokesperson at the scene said it appears to be a suspicious fire that’s now under investigation.
No injuries were reported in this fire.
