TOLEDO, Ohio — A teen is accused of making a bomb threat against a west Toledo school on Wednesday.
Toledo police said they responded to Toledo Technology Academy of Engineering just before 6 p.m. after an alleged social media post made by a 17-year-old said that there was an explosive in the building.
Nothing was found inside the building, according to TPD.
It is unclear if the teen is a student of TTAE or if any charges have been filed. WTOL 11 reached out to Toledo Public Schools, but the district declined to comment Thursday afternoon.
