TFRD Life Squad truck, USPS vehicle involved in minor collision in downtown Toledo

The accident happened on North Summit Street near Jefferson Avenue.

TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo Fire & Rescue Department Life Squad truck and a United States Postal Service vehicle were involved in a minor collision in downtown Toledo.

The driver of the Life Squad truck hit a parked USPS vehicle just before 11:30 a.m. on May 24 on North Summit Street near Jefferson Avenue. 

No injuries were reported. The USPS vehicle was unnocupied at the time of the accident.

Two mirrors were damaged as a result.
