TOLEDO, Ohio — A new food pantry will be opening in downtown Toledo this fall, near the corner of Erie and Orange Streets.
The Salvation Army has announced the Grand opening of Sally's Market Food Pantry downtown.
The food pantry, located at the Erie Street Salvation Army location, is set to open on Oct. 7.
All Lucas County residents with a valid photo I.D. and proof of all household members are welcomed to utilize the new food pantry, regardless of income.
Sally's Market will be open Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. until noon.
The current food pantry housed by the Salvation Army will be closed from Sept. 23 through Oct. 7 so it can be moved to its new location. All other services and programs will continue during this time.
