TOLEDO, Ohio — Editor's note: The following story has been updated to include new information made available in a Toledo police report.
Authorities responded to a call of a residential fire in south Toledo early Sunday morning, according to the Toledo Police Department.
The fire, which occurred around 8 a.m. on Dec. 31, was located just off of Cliffton Drive.
According to Toledo Fire and Rescue, there were no injuries and only minor damage was done to the front room of the one-story home.
According to a Toledo police report issued Tuesday, the investigation revealed four suspects, three of whom were armed, threw a Molotov cocktail into the residence. The occupants were able to extinguish the fire, police said.
This incident is currently under an active arson investigation.
