A Toledo man facing an aggravated murder charge was in court for a pretrial hearing on Thursday.
Jaquan Sturdevant, 21, is accused of shooting and killing 26-year-old Zachary Duprey near the Toledo Museum of Art last month.
Sturdevant requested the hearing be rescheduled for July 1. The judge allowed it.
Police say Duprey was treated at the scene before being taken to the hospital, where he later died.
