TOLEDO, Ohio — The upcoming Toledo Brick Convention will not return to the Glass City in 2025, the convention's organizers said. The 2024 iteration of the event will be its last.

The convention, which is scheduled for Oct. 26 and 27 at the Glass City Center, made its debut in 2022. After its second annual event, it will not return for 2025, organizers said in a press release. The release did not give a reason for the announcement.

WTOL 11 has reached out to organizers for comment but did not immediately hear back.

The event, which features two sessions each day Saturday and Sunday, brings activities, special guests and - of course - LEGOs to Lucas County.

Tickets are $15 online and $20 at the door. Visitors of the convention can expect a variety of activities and displays, including life-size LEGO models, mosaics and creations made by artists both amateur and pro.

A portion of the proceeds for the event will be going towards Creations for Charity, a non-profit organization for children.
