TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police said on Tuesday morning that a missing man from east Toledo has been located safely.

Toledo police are seeking the whereabouts of an endangered missing man from east Toledo.
Dominique Smith, 27, is missing from the 1300 block of Felt Street. Family is concerned for Dominique's safety and say he has been acting erratic and is off his medication.
Dominique may be armed. He is 6'1'' and 160 lbs.
