TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police were called to the scene of a shooting Tuesday morning near the intersection of Belmont and Forest avenues in central Toledo.
The emergency call came in just before 11 a.m.
Police say one person was shot and received life-threatening injuries. There is no one in custody and police have not released a description of a suspect.
The identity of the victim was not released.
