TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo Public Schools bus was involved in a crash in south Toledo Wednesday afternoon.
Two people, whose ages are not yet known, were transported to the hospital after the crash, Toledo fire confirmed to WTOL 11. It is unknown if anyone else was injured in the crash on Glendale Avenue in front of Walmart or what caused it.
TPS told WTOL 11 that at least nine students were on the bus when it was involved in the crash, but none of them reported injuries.
Kids on the impacted bus were seen transferring to a second bus at the scene. TPS says that the second bus has safely dropped all of the students off at home.
Toledo police told WTOL 11 that the bus only has minor damage and is still drivable.
A TPS spokesperson told WTOL 11 that the district is aware of the accident and is working to gather more information.
A white car at the scene can be seen having collided with the front left end of the school bus. At least three vehicles were involved in the crash, including the TPS bus.
