TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police are investigating after a 17-year-old went to a local hospital Tuesday morning with a gunshot wound.
Officers were called to the hospital around 9:30 a.m. after the teen went there for treatment of a gunshot wound to his right leg.
Police said Wednesday that information about where or when the teen was shot or any circumstances about the shooting were not yet known.
"At the time of this report, specific and confirmed circumstances and location for the scene could not be determined by the investigation," according to the report from TPD.
