PERRYSBURG, Ohio — The Town Center at Levis Commons, a Perrysburg shopping center that opened 20 years ago, is on the market, according to a listing from Chicago-based real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle Americans, Inc.
The listing describes the center, which sits off of state Route 25 near the I-75/I-475 interchange, as "a 310,110 square foot, center-of-gravity, open-air mixed-use lifestyle center located in the hyperactive retail submarket."
Eighty-six percent of the center is occupied, according to the listing. It opened in 2004 and has since expanded, now covering a total of 34.6 acres.
Businesses in the center include a Cinemark theater, a Starbucks, multiple restaurants and retail stores selling clothes, furniture, jewelry, books and more.
Sections of the center owned by NAI Harmon Group - including the buildings housing Claude's Seafood, Benchmark Restaurant, Nagoya, Basil, Hangover Easy and more - are not involved in the sale. NAI Harmon Group also noted that an other building will be coming next to the Claude's Seafood location soon.
The listing says more than 3.5 million people have visited the center in the past 12 months.
A representative for the Town Center at Levis Commons did not immediately respond to a request for comment Monday afternoon.
