TOLEDO, Ohio — A pickup truck ended up on the porch of a north Toledo home on Sunday afternoon after a two-car crash.
The crash happened at the intersection of Chestnut Street and East Pearl Street around 4:30 p.m.
According to Toledo police, the truck was traveling on East Pearl when it failed to yield at a stop sign and was T-boned by a car traveling south on Chestnut, sending it into the house.
Police say there was one person in each vehicle. Neither of them was injured.
The homeowner was inside the house at the time of the crash but was also uninjured.
Police on the scene say there will be no criminal charges filed but the driver of the truck may get a citation for not stopping at the intersection.
In 2022, three people were injured after a police pursuit ended in a roll over crash at the same intersection sending a vehicle into a yard.
